About the Graduate School of Public Sector Professionals (GSPSP).
The Graduate School of Public Sector Professionals (GSPSP) is the specialised training and capacity-building arm of the Institute of Corporate & Public Sector Professionals (ICPSP). Established in Nigeria, GSPSP is dedicated to strengthening public institutions through high-quality professional education, executive leadership development, and global knowledge exchange.
GSPSP serves as a hub for public servants, policymakers, development professionals, and institutional leaders seeking to enhance governance effectiveness, policy implementation, ethical leadership, and public value creation across Africa and beyond.
Our programmes are designed to respond to contemporary governance challenges while aligning with global best practices and international standards in public administration and public sector management.
